About the Exhibitor:

The Central Procurement Board of Namibia (CPBN) was established as a juristic person by the Public Procurement Act No. 15 of 2015 (as amended) to oversee procurement on behalf of public entities for projects exceeding their set thresholds. CPBN ensures that all procurement activities are conducted in a transparent, fair, and accountable manner, in line with the Act and established regulations. The Board’s mandates include conducting bidding processes for contracts exceeding prescribed thresholds, entering into procurement or disposal contracts on its own behalf or on behalf of public entities, and directing and supervising accounting officers in the management and implementation of contracts awarded by the Board.
