The Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair has launched a new website and digital platform to support its move towards a fully paperless event. The platform brings exhibitors, visitors, and organisers together in one central system designed to improve access, efficiency, and engagement.
Visitors can now buy tickets online, access digital entry passes, view event schedules, explore hall layouts, and discover exhibitors before arriving at the fair. QR codes placed at exhibitor stands allow visitors to instantly access exhibitor microsites, rate stands, complete surveys, and earn points through engagement.
Exhibitors benefit from a streamlined digital application process, online payments, and a personalised microsite where products, services, news, and contact details can be managed in real time. The platform also provides insights through visitor statistics, ratings, and standardised survey feedback.
By reducing printed tickets, brochures, forms, and paper surveys, OATF is lowering its environmental footprint while improving data accuracy and visitor experience. All key processes are now handled digitally, from ticketing and applications to communication and feedback.
This digital shift reflects OATF’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and smarter event management. The new platform ensures the trade fair remains accessible, efficient, and relevant for a modern audience while creating lasting value beyond the event itself.
